Bat suit not included = deal breaker. Wearing it would be the only way to drive it and not feel embarrassed.

So wait, you'd actually be less embarrassed in the suit? I'm pretty emotionally torn between the:
a) the Hilarity of the venture b) the Awesomeness of the venture c) the Sadness of the venture
He did say that he'd negotiate for the suit though....

Without the suit = wtf With the suit = clearly have a good sense of humor and go out of your way to make people laugh
The latter is about the best quality a human can have.

I can't decide what I like best... the spray-on bedliner finish, the completely untouched, faded, raggedy door panels, or the "Bat-computer" on the passenger side dash. What is that exactly, a baby toy?

Plus, the suit covers your face, so you're less likely to get recognized.

Yeah if it didn't completely mask your identity I would feel different about it.

Such a shame to see that happen to an old rustange. The spray-on bed liner is probably the only thing holding the exterior parts together. And the convertible roof was most likely rotted away to start with. He could have at least center spaced the labels and tried to affix them in an orderly fashion. Something to do during a slow week. If I were him I'd most certainly wear a mask so no one would find out that hunk was made in my shop!
Later...

It's a Rustcort, not a Rustang.
And as they never made an Escort convertible (at least not in the US), the roof is just chopped off. Apparently some roll cage style bracing was added to shore up the structure, which is probably the only reason it hasn't sagged into a U shape.
