> Good to see this, now we just need to get some laser disc games dumped
As with Cave SH-3, your ability to play these games is going to depend in large part on people keeping their mouths shut on the Internet.
So yeah, doomed. But no need to add to it.

If you think the Bluth laserdisc games could get added to mame and not get talked about on messageboards then you've been living in a dream world, Neo. Save the excessive post deletions for the Mess board thanks.

Critical Seizure has and will BLEED the Bluth, Sega and ALG properties they own as long as they exist.
So forget about the rule saying MAME will not emulate a game still being sold.

Hence what I, you know, wrote. "Doomed. But why add to it?"

Unban Haze and Moogly and see how many posts you leave intact.

Well your post made him delete his and send me a PM apologizing when he didn't do anything wrong. People keeping quiet about games getting added isn't going to happen. Nobody needs to feel guilty about not being on the level with you about it. Has Digital Leisure complained in the past or is it paranoia based on their dealing with Daphne / DVD ripping thing?

I don't follow their posts getting deleted. Just my own getting removed from the shoutbox is bad enough. It's got to be the most overmodded piece of the internet since ever. I've had more posts deleted there than kept.

They say that the Daphne Emulator promotes Digital Leisure's DVD sales. It is DLLC and Bluth that creates the paranoia. Their C&Ds are quite nasty I hear.
There are plenty of Laserdisc games out there that are prime targets for Mame like Freedom Fighter, Galaxian 3 and Time Gal. Those discs are worth preserving.
Who the heck wants a 20gb image of Dragon's Lair when you can get the same experience with a 600mb file? Purists? Lol.

Not the HD version and they are not the same. With that logic you might as well archive iso + mp3 Have fun with that
