The study also concluded beyond a shadow of a doubt that when the British cut the first part of words off such as kin ell or saying an otel instead of a hotel it is a sign of brain damage.

The retardation of the gene was slightly higher in some northern region variants but they were all *highly* retarded, according to the study, which was as I said the most accurate study of all time.
