3D Arcade Nintendo Ninventory

Jibmums has done a great job with all the early Nintendo classics - represented are Donkey Kong, Donkey Kong Jr., Donkey Kong 3, Nintendo Vs., Mario Bros, Radar Scope, Heli Fire, Space Firebird, and even "Donkey Kong II Jumpman Returns". Oh, and in all the possible colors too.

That is really awesome. Not a criticism, just a question: Did he miss the Widebody Mario Bros.? With the black front and centered speaker slots?

Nope, didn't miss it, it just wasn't part of this particular set of models. All these were based on the Donkey Kong style cabinet, which HeliFire and Space Firebird also share except for different shaped side panels. The Mario Bros. widebody is a totally different size and shape, and I didn't have any measurements for it. Now that I know they have one at Funspot, it's on my list of cabinets to measure next time I'm there.
I'd also like to tackle the single-monitor Playchoice cabinet at some point, which I thought was based on the dedicated Mario Bros. cab, but is obviously different:

Very cool. Nice photo. I'd love to get a Junior and a Mario Bros to accompany my Donkey Kong!

Wow! They look so much better. I never realized there were wheels in the back of them 
|
I’m convinced Mario is a hobo.
He wakes up everyday in the same clothes, runs around in sewers, and collects coins for a living.
At the end of the day, he uses the coins to buy mushrooms
|
