There are a lot of indie bundles out there at any given time. Check HERE for currently running bundles (six as of now). That site also has a list of all known sites that have offered bundles HERE.

Look closer at the six:
#1 is a second review of #5 #4 and #6 are both expired now.
So the "six" are three.
When I buy these bundles, I give an amount at "not less than" the amount for the full bundle, and give most of it to charity. So I'm looking at what the charities are, and these are reviews of the games in the bundles without regard for that.

So they listed five instead of six. I made an error, so what? That's just a part of being human. I know at least one expired today, probably between the time I posted and you read it, so it's possible two did. Even if not, that would be that site's error, not mine. I have zero affiliation with them.

But you still have to go to the bundle site to buy the bundle, so you learn about the charities there. In any event, I linked to this site purely for the convenience. If you have a better one that mentions the charitable work then please share. Personally, I read about the bundles at the giveaway of the day forums, where I also learned about the site I linked to.
Edit: Here are the current active bundles discussed on GOTD forums, two of which are not mentioned at the site TF dislikes for their failure to mention the charities some support (a reasonable dislike I suppose when you think about it):
Deep Space Bundle http://www.bundle-in-a-box.com/ Less than 12 hours left- better hurry Some proceeds to charity? Yes
Third Indie Face Kick Bundle http://bitg.gamingallthetime.com/producthome.php Less than 2 days Some proceeds to charity? No
IndieFort Bundle (Gamersgate) http://www.gamersgate.co.uk/indiefort-bundle About 3 1/2 days Some proceeds to charity? No
Indie Gala 9 http://www.indiegala.com/ 530000 seconds (from IG site, about 6 days) Some proceeds to charity? Yes
And of course the already mentioned Humble Bundle 6.
I'm not going to list the games, too much work. If interested, just go to the bundle sites.

But you're not human, you're a Klingon!

I don't think his intentions were bad with his reply. That's just the way TF is sometimes. I guess you could call him a bit of a nit-picker.
Personally, most of the things he says -I take as helpful/constructive. Other times, he takes things too literally, then looks a bit like a troll.

I actually tried to not sound negative about it--the posted comments were a third edit of what I originally wrote. Of course, when I do that that I sometimes forget which things I actually have as text, which are implied, and which are thoughts I wanted to get in there but left out trying to make it readable.

Nit-pickery is important, lest things become lousy.
