They use the phrase "in Australia" too much, without mention of the rest of the world.

They are on this "internet" thing that they say is full of false information.

It amazes me this still needs 'busted'. The original 'study' that the anti-vaxxers look at was conducted on 8 (count them) 8 people. The doctor who performed the 'study' was stripped of his license shortly thereafter.

Well, it's probably written by an Australian familiar with the situation in Australia for the benefit of other Australians – no point writing sweeping generalisations or obfuscating it with masses of specifics. Maybe vaccines do cause mental health issues and bring on armageddon in other parts of the world.

Well, just saying they aren't very reassuring if they can't say that mercury isn't in vaccines in other places. The whole thing therefore only applies in Australia, and the rest of the world is not served at all by this. The autism thing is of course true, in that there is no connection.

Yeah, for sure, but if you or I want reassurance for our own countries we should either do the research ourselves, or find an expert in the local regulations/practices, or we could just hope for the best as we do in so many other ways anyway. But there are people who only take in what they want to hear. DR can happily ignore the "in Australia" part and take it as SCIENCE FACTS PROVING that vaccines are perfectly safe in the UK as well. Who are you to deny him the pleasure?

"Science facts" are science. I was joking with the part that referenced that, because they blame the internet for spreading lies, and do so ON the internet.

"Now we do it like this" isn't science, though, just a policy that covers only the stated "we." It would hardly be a pleasure to get your vaccines and then find out that "oh, here we just use straight up pure mercury."

No, I'm not anti vaccines at all. I was just commenting on flaws in the material at hand.
