While on the Demul topic, is there a trick to make Samurai Spirits Tenkaichi... run faster? All other games (except Naomi2) run full speed in my cab, including those with 3D elements, but this 2D-only game plays a bit slow and with sound stuttering.

It's nice of them to post a video confirming what Guru, I believe, told me: Planet Harriers as a game is atrocious. Apparently Superman 64 was considered some high plateau of gameplay amazingness in Japan, because PH seems to more or less rip it off with better graphics

They have posted WIP videos of Planet Harriers, Air Trix & Nascar Racing on YouTube and their Russian Forum

Stunning. Never seen anything like it on any 8-bit system.
Is there a technical reason for the music being slightly out of tune with itself?
/EDIT never mind, the wiki explains it:
when the four channels are used independently, there is noticeable detuning of parts of the 12-tone equal temperament scale, due to lack of pitch accuracy.

It's slightly less impressive when you consider the extra ram it requires to run. But it does look and sound good.
