So that makes 3 versions of Parodius Da! (Japan, World, and Asia)
Is that all of them?

Probably not. Going by 1990 era Konami there is likely a USA version with an FBI screen.

I thought there was no USA version of Parodius Da! because the American Eagle/Uncle Sam/Turkey boss was offensive to Yankee sensibilities.

So it'll be on your most wanted list FOR EVAR because you just need to take that all-important dump. You love dumping.

SO how do you find boards? Just do a generic search and go through the list to see if you're lucky?

There may be a US version that omits that boss or something. Stranger things have happened.

If you were to search auction sites with name by name from a list it would take forever and you would never find anything, especially on Yahoo Japan where you would have to search in machine translated Japanese. After years of doing it I automatically know 95% of boards if they are needed or not just scrolling through a list of auctions without even opening up individual ones. That goes especially for eBay, Japanese stuff is a bit harder. A list of needed boards really doesn't do me much good most of the time. It's more whether something is not in my mameui list. The undumped lists come in handy when I have to use a machine translator on Yahoo Japan for something that isn't in mame and the machine translation matches something on an undumped list, helps to verify in that regard.
That, plus magic.

Kinda cowardly on Konami's part if true. It was probably just a business decision, though, since they probably didn't want any backlash against them.
