Of course it's fake, the static and camera video overlays are noticeably fake. And how ofen do you see no visible product labels in a convenience store. Question is, what the hell is it promoting? (I assume it's an advertisement.)

I agree. I sincerely doubt that they were filming off of the viewing monitor. The scanlines and camera status indicators were added in post.
Still, if it really happened then that's pretty surreal. :-)
