Are multi-monitor games crashing mame for anyone else?

MameIU 146u4. For instance outrunners loads fine on a single screen, but locks up my PC when multi-screen is selected in options. Total crash must restart computer.
I have not tested on any other builds, maybe someone else can try? All this crashing is wreaking havoc on my desktop multi-display settings.

I don't have multiple monitors to try, but the one screen showing two screens side by side seems to work fine. 32-bit, command-line build of 0.146u4. Can you duplicate with the command-line build?
