Where I work, there is this one workstation that gets this pop-up about once every week, around/between 6:30 and 7:00 AM. I look in Task Manager to see if anything is running (in the normal programs - and nothing else is running except 2 programs which are already up)... I don't have time to look through all the active processes. That and I'd rather not quit the wrong thing and mess something up.
I tried uploading it to Google Image Search, that didn't get anything helpful.

If it isn't some sort of bug, it should be identifiable in start>>>run>>>"msconfig".
If it's not in the startup tab, it should be listed in the services tab as started.

I'm thinking it's something called 'Digital Hands Agent'. And it even resembles a hand...
Ah-ha, yeah....  Looks like I'll just have to deal with this stupid thing if/when it wishes to reboot the computer, regardless if it needs to be used or not.
