Is there any other (technical) difference between European and Japanese versions of Drift Out?

I don't personally study/try to derive info like that unless a game is one of my all time favorites or something. This game is not. I can't look at a dump's code and know "this bit does this and this bit does this" or whatever.

So you are saying that you can't look at the results of one of your recent dumps and glean knowledge of past, present, or future events? Much like reading tea leaves?

I can do that easy but if you want to know what they changed for the different regions of a particular game then we have a problem.
