After applying the titles dat, clrmame reports an error with shiryu2.png, my crc is 78f46ad9 and expected is 1657dff8. I've downloaded previous versions of titles and haven't found that crc.
See my attached fixdat (I've changed the extension to txt for uploading)

Missing a couple files now after processing. Can you fix this please? 
Snaps = missing rom: decathlt.png [size: 142792] [CRC32: 9583f03a]
Titles = missing rom: shiryu2.png [size: 70393] [CRC32: 1657dff8]

Strange Case! The CRC is just what you have.
I manually corrected the dat (now the version is 146u2a).
Thanks for the alert.
