Do you think we could ask him to dump them before shipment?

Oh for Pete's sake.

Maybe the buyer can be tracked down. The whole collection sold! :-)

How long would it take to do that dump job?

Pessimist: Oh, this can't get any worse!

None will ever be dumped. They are sealed and people are stupid enough to value them at 10X or more when they are unopened. The buyer is as gay as the seller. Basically when they are done gayfucking they will swap a million dollars worth of unplayable games. It's a one way shot to Gaytowne.

It's not every day when you see a million-dollar transaction. All that history, forever entombed, by people with way too much throwaway cash.

It must be nice to be rich. Too bad you can't take it all with ya when you die. I just dread the person who inherits my DVD and audio CD collection. It's a lot of stuff within my own library.

And how do we even know when something is unopened anyway? When I worked at Software Etc a long time ago, we would borrow games off the shelf overnight then re-shrink-wrap them the next day, re-price them, and put them back on the shelf. A good number of those games are probably in their original store-wrapped packaging, the innards touched by several human hands...

Yeah you guys were complete whores with the rewrapping, I remember that. You could tell sometimes. At the time I really didn't care though.

At the old Hollywood Video in Natrona Heights, PA (don't bother looking, it's a UPMC urgent care facility now), they had a shrinkwrapping machine right at the front desk! I'm sure any ol' schmoe widda dough (especially the aforementioned gay millionaire above) could easily BUY one.

Those German Scheiße, BDSM, and DVDA videos that you just watched and enjoyed? They may have passed through DOZENS of sticky and smelly hands, among other places. Some may have been used for stretching. Especially the Mini-DVD format for beginners which is why that only appears to be a rare format. ;-)

I could be wrong, of course.
