X-men 6 players

I've been having an issue with X-men 6 player version on my PC with the screens. Apparantly the characters appear on the wrong side of the screen and walk off during gameplay. It makes playing it impossible as I love playing this game. I'm using MAME 143.7. Anyone know how to fix this?

Yep. You download a MAME that is more recent. This bug, upon testing, shows up on MAME builds 0.143u1 through 0.144u5 .. 0.144u6 onward looks fine.
