I had been using bandwidth meter pro. Installed Netguard.
Netguard seems to be less resource intensive, and shows what each application is using. I like how it splits out all the traffic. Also it has built in connection display TCP/UDP for each process.
Only concern is keeps a connection option to THEIR server. I've sent a msg to them asking why they need it.
Until then, it's sandboxed on a test VM.
