Probably impossible to find... but it is just Streets of Rage III (Japanese Region) and can be played on nearly any megadrive emulator already. There is no special push to get this one in my eyes.
Personally I preferred Bare Knuckle over Streets of Rage.Different music,different enemies,different backstory,better,tighter controls.For the Genesis version anyway,not sure about the arcade version.

At the end of the day, he uses the coins to buy mushrooms
Sonic CD has been rereleased on Steam, So has Sonic Generations.
Sonic & Sega All Stars is actually a fun game and I played through it on the PC and DS multiple times.
If they removed the non 2D/3D crap out of Generations and made a sequel it would be nice. There are several levels of Sonic 3, Sonic & Knuckles, Sonic CD, and other Sonic games that could be used for a Sonic Generations 2.
