Can Raine emulate any games that MAME can't? If so, which games? If not, then why would anyone want to use Raine instead of MAME?

No, and the emulation quality is sometimes worse. But it runs much, much faster on old PCs, so people still rockin' Pentium 3s love it.

It can run the EmuDX versions of five arcade games.
