Anyone ever venture over to Emucr?
#280937 - 03/30/12 03:39 AM

I swear they have some of the silliest people on there,in this particular thread, some people are insisting that games like Tekken 1-3,Soul Blade and a few other games do not run fast enough to be playable on MAME,and the only way to play these games is on hacked version of Final Burn,on the original Xbox.

LOL its funny it went from MAME to crt monitors back to MAME,lol

I know this is the Loony Bin and all but that is actually an illegal build and it's not really a good thing to promote such things on this site IMO.

Forget the xbox and run latest FBA on a computer is my opinion on it.

Regarding Emucr, the comments for bsnes releases can be funny as hell. LOL!!!

Ha ha you read the bsnes ones to? so do I,when I want a laugh.
Ive noticed that any thread regarding MAME,no matter the build, always gets at least one "does it play cave SH-3?"

Like you said the bsnes ones are quite funny, and sometimes get pretty heated.I assume it has to do with all the anonymous posting..

cmon B2K,you actually think I would promote a illegal build? I just thought everyone here would get a good laugh.

EmuCR is the best website for emulator releases/updates. I visit it once a day to see what new versions of emulators have just been released.

Plus, EmuCR is the home to the latest FCEUX and Stella SVN 'compiled builds for download'.

This pretty much sums things up.

Who let the /b/tards loose?

Reading that gives me a nice warm fuzzy feeling on how I'm glad I didn't waste money on a PSP. Or any console. Or even the thought of stepping into a GameSpot. Yeecch!

Correction: I bought a used GBA in 2009. Cheap. Just because I wanted a decent portable for classic GameBoy games. That and I found a cart that accepts MiniSD memory cards for it. :-)

As a self-respecting /b/tard I take offence at being compared to the emucr clowns!

That's rather contradictory. ;-)

Nuke the emucr site from orbit. To be sure For the lulz. Or use low-radiation for sterilization if the first option is too much. :-)

After all, what remains will eventually mature with full reproductive systems.

Just imagine if there was a real forum over at EmuCR. If you thought they are bad now, ya could only imagine. But it would be nice if they did implement a real forum. It think it would eventually be an active forum since EmuCR is the best emulator update news site.
