What I mean is for CPS1-2 games does FBA run better?
For Neo-Geo games does Kawaks run better?
For Sega-Naomi games etc etc
You get the idea.

So by your definition of better Guilty Gear XX doesn't run any better on MAME than it does in NullDC-Naomi version?

Daphne for games that aren't in Mame.

Are you talking accuracy or speed?
Some emulators run games playable that are too slow in MAME, but MAME is about accuracy.
For some games, if you don't care about accuracy, you might as well try ports, for example several "Naomi / Atomiswave" games have been ported to the Dreamcast, PS2, Wii, and XBOX / XBOX 360.
