I was googling "futanari" at the request of a friend of mine. I had never heard the word before and he had a vague idea that it was some sort of hentai.

I have no idea what you guys are seeing, but I have enough basic knowledge to understand it's safe to stay away from anything with the words "futanari", "guro" and some types of "ryona". So I know better I won't spoil my curiosity and keep that doubt in mind.
I'm not into "futanari" or any other hentai type (I prefer "ecchi"). It's basically women depicted with a penis instead of a vagina. Not sure if you're seeing the disturbing ones where drawings are depicted with more than one masculine genital organ (penises instead of breasts for example).

It's OK then, you haven't reached the ones with giant balls. When you have access to PIXIV (Japanese DeviantArt) you see really disturbing things once in a while. If anyone happens to create an account, do not forget to disable anything "R-18G" tagged in the account settings.
