Audio Unit question

Since a few audio questions have been posted here lately, does anyone here know of an Audio Unit (AU) effect module that does ADPCM encode followed by decode? Like the way the Bitcrusher effect in Logic downsamples and reduces resolution then upsamples an interpolates immediately. I want to use it for effect. Ideally one would be able to select between Oki, Yamaha and IMA algorithms, and having built-in downsample/upsample would be nice, too.

Don't help him, make him work for it if he wants his lo-fi sound.
