ninja kazan\iga ninjysuden is super slow-freeze

tried it on mameui 145 x64:the game starts on the attract screen and is super slow,looks like the character is walking on the moon..if you let it run,it speeds up a little,then crashes
if you manage to isnerta coin before that,you can start the game,see that map screen at the beginning,then game crashes
tried it with mame32 119,and works flawlessly there

It's been broken for a long while. It needs a rewrite.

Now I don't mind helping out with bugs, just make sure in the future you search MAMETesters (it has a very robust search feature) for the gamename, setname or driver to see if anything pops up before posting here.
