I know you can because I remember playing this game in the arcade. It even shows it in the demo going through the top exit. It just gets stuck when trying. haven't tried in 145 yet but I imagine it's the same since I haven't seen any other bug reports. Thanks! It's obviously mame but have no idea what earlier version it is. But it shows that you should be able to go out the top but you can't in version 145.
