You are the only "true" electronic component store in the tri-state area. This fact is reflected in your name. While I am not upset that you didn't have my mini IDC connector, I would like to express the following concerns:
I would expect a store of your calibur to have employees capable of understanding at least ONE of the following terms: "mini IDC header", "2x5 IDC with a 0.05 inch pitch", or "mini jtag header"
If one of my employees, no matter how tenured, said to a customer "I can't help you if you aren't going to speak English" regarding the terms above, I'd probably fire him on the spot.

Yeah. It doesn't work for the Subject line. I left out the 'e' in infringement. I was sure it wasn't right, then typed it out in a (test) reply and there it was.
