Is this permanently temporary, or temporarily permanent?

Everything should be back to normal again, minus MAWS which has a script vulnerability somewhere.
The hackers got in and spammed like mad from there. We're damn lucky the host let us back on the server to be honest.

Conceptually, MAWS is a great idea, but it really should be built using off-the-shelf packages that are actively maintained and patched for vulnerabilities.
I wonder if Drupal might be a good choice.

Have some problems to connect to the ftp, it worked a few minutes, since I always get : [R] PASS (hidden) [R] 530 Login authentication failed [R] Échec de la connexion [R] Mise en Attente de 120 secondes avant la tentative de reconnexion N°1

Yep, but maybe keep it bookmarked somewhere just in case ...

MAWS. I love MAWS ! So, yes ... I said as much here. The core or base could be using a popular open source web application of some kind, preferably one that auto patches its'self. The rest could still be custom but that should be much less custom code to check for security holes. Alternatively provide MAWS information from outside a steel box with bullet proof counter window .
