Anyone notice this youtube oddity?

When searching youtube from a Desktop PC, you generally can find a studio version of any song you are looking for.
When searching for the same song via a mobile platform, specifically android in this case, you receive mostly live versions or covers in the results, and sometimes no studio cuts at all.
The reason I bring it up is that this seems to be getting worse lately, and I find it interesting that google is launching a music store integration into G+....

Yeah, noticed it when I first got mine.
Think it is some sort of licensing thing. Think the individual up-loaders have the option too.
