What sort of comments were you expecting? What does it do / will it do that the Universe bios can't? Everyone can already play the games with or without cheats, so what's left to be excited about? It's cool that it might make development easier, but there is only one current game developer so I'm not exactly expecting this to bring new games.

There is nothing to comment on, there is no information, where is the list of features?
For someone who doesn't speak French, all you see in the video is some guys running Neo Geo games in MAME and I can do that at home too.

I tried it on my custom MAME build and all I saw was the capability to switch between different BIOS on boot... just like Unibios. Development may be different, but functionality is the same and less than any version of Unibios. Intention looks promising, but it's still in very early state to offer something different.
