I can't wait for 9-12 so I can stop hearing about 9-11 constantly on every tv/radio channel. ugh.
My cat also had kittens today! so that makes them 9-11 kittens.

Why are there 2 North Towers? And what about the Building 7 cake? Does it not matter? 
Also needs a Pentagon cake and PA field cake, both with no visible/distinguishable plane wreckage.

pretty pathetic someone would spend the time to make a cake like that. Maybe they could put a corpse of my close friend that died at the bottom, or maybe a few that jumped to their death....and for the record no (normal) person will be celebrating this as if it was a fucking holiday.

It's hard not to see this terrible tragedy as a celebration when all you see on TV are movies and documentaries about "heroes who survived and affronted this situation". Everything else directly or indirectly related to the event but not to that central topic, got banned because it was considered bad taste.
Let's not forget the hating/made fun of Muslims, even when everything was caused by a terrorist group mislead by a leader using religion and not the whole religious group itself. I don't see anyone over there offended or crying for those civilians killed during the anti-terrorism crusade.
Pathetic, maybe. Tragic, of course. But just as everything, everyone makes fun and/or "hero movies" at some point or another. Not a big deal. I feel sorry for your friend, but it's been 10 years already. Shit happens and while there is spontaneous violence, there are too reasons for an overseas terrorist group to wake one morning and decide to screw up a transcontinental country between many at hand, even if it sadly includes civilians with no relationship with the problem. Just let it go or blame your government.
