Question on Pole Position 2 artwork

Is there a fix or an updated Lay file for the stickshift.It doesn't move anymore.

I’m convinced Mario is a hobo.
He wakes up everyday in the same clothes, runs around in sewers, and collects coins for a living.
At the end of the day, he uses the coins to buy mushrooms

Checking it now. Will be fixed for next update.
EDIT: You talking about the real artwork, or the built-in shifter?
The real artwork was updated Sept 2010, along with regular Pole Position.
But I need to send in a fix for the built-in shifter for both games.
