China Gate scambled graphics(possible bug)

in mame ui143.3 64x,(but also in a couple of previous versions)China gate has scrambled graphic on the background of basically everything in game.only the players,the logos and all the "front" layer is visible correctly.don't know if it was reported as a bug already as i can't find anything on the bug board

Yes, it's an issue with the dump, not MAME.
If you want to play the game, run saiyugoub2
