Trying to get the latest version of Mame32 0.143 when i save the file and extract the program itself to run mame32 is NOT showing up? Anyone help or advice would be awesome...thanks!!

It's no longer set up as an self-extracting download, it's a .7z (7zip) archive. You need a program that can decompress it. http://www.7-zip.org/

Got it I just downloaded the needed program lets see if this will work now...been using a old version and decided it was time to upgrade

Ok have the program and it shows mame0143s.exe and i tried to extract it but all that is showing up is the folder for artwork, docs, hash, hlsl, and src and a makefile and whatsnew.txt
What am i doing wrong here? Thanks again

That's the source code for compiling the binary file yourself.

Those links are on the left one you clicked and correspond to the binary x86 and x64 OS versions.
Wait a minute... i though you said MAMEUI (previously known as MAME32). If you want the official MAME binaries, look for the links ending with "b". For example: mame0143b_i686.exe
