Twinkle System cdrom error

i'm trying twinkle system for the first time,in mameui64 143.2.it goes with all the rom\ram test,but it fail the last one,sepcifically the cd.rom one,saying :"e201 bad scsi media error,reset".being a nother konami game i thought i should0ve used the simspoons bowling method(pressing and hold f2 etc etc)but it doesn't work.its marked as working so i suppose there0s another way to make it work?

erm... here all the games but the bios are marked as NOT_WORKING

and the bios does not come with any cdrom, so that I have no idea how it could pass that check... maybe it might need a cd player hooked up, but since the whole driver is not working I see no point in this...
