BrianT is going to be accepting DU donations for the remainder of the year so we can keep accepting PayPal. Below is a button that links to his account. There are lots of expensive rare games available at the moment so feel free to donate. You can send me a message if you want to ask about some of the games available. Brian is going to let me know whenever donations go through and the donations page will be updated as usual.

So any PayPal accounts outside of the US aren't affect by the IRS?

Brian is in the US but his account isn't to the level where the IRS can force PayPal to send them records. IRS is a US government agency. I'm sure they don't have any jurisdiction outside of the US but they would tax you if they could. They would tax unborn children for eating their mom's food, mosquitoes for biting and ducks for quacking if only Obama would write a law for it.

That's no safety net. It hasn't even hindered someone like ICE to seize non-US domains.
