The only ones I'm reasonably sure of (based on http://maws.mameworld.info/maws/img/cpanel/tailg.png which is a marginally better copy of the same image I had here before ) and the fact that they're obviously trying to depict a calculator of some sort, are:

I wish there was a better picture around 
EDIT: it is possible that the symbol to the right of the multiply sign is a √ radical/square root symbol
EDIT2: it is possible that the symbol to the right of the plus sign is an = equals symbol
EDIT3: it is possible that the symbols to the right of the - and ÷ symbols are # and * respectively. Its also possible that the (more likely) two left or two rightmost symbols on the top line are ( and )
EDIT4: it is possible that the middle top symbol of the top line is a %
If all these educated guesses are correct, that makes the control panel:

but these are GUESSES! we need a better picture.
Other symbols which appear on handheld calculators would be CE, AC or C (which would logically appear below the 3), '+/-' (invert sign), M+, M-, MR, MC; I don't know why the * and # are there (unless I misidentified them) except as space filler.
