Everything is about keyword hits these days, so make sure you include lots of keywords in your job descriptions and add a section at the end of your resume for even more keywords. Try to work in specific product names if you've worked with any specific software packages or technologies that employers might be searching for. A general template... Name Address * Phone * Email PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE employer name month year to month year - job title job description employer name month year to month year - job title job description EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS year - degree/certification year - degree/certification COMPETENCIES keyword, keyword, keyword, keyword, keyword, keyword, keyword, keyword, etc...
