* Updated to MAME 0.142u3
* Added 0.142u3 Source/Listinfo changes
* Newest Bugs ( 9th May)
* Changed all Romset (kb/files/zip) infos to Romsets without NO_DUMP files
* Fixed Mameinfo.dat infos.

- Doubleclick on the Mameinfo0142u3.zip and WinZip opens automatically the archiv, then
doubleclick in WinZip on the Mameinfo0142u3.exe
- The 7-Zip Self-Extracting program opens, click on the [...] button to specify
your MAME directory and extract the files with the [Extract] button.
