It work perfect but still missing one game on Avaliable option.
All games: 10566
Avaliable: 10565
All checked on clrmamepro.
It was that rom file crash audit on mame 0.142u1?

Might still show the 'empty' game... MESSUI still does.

But i still canīt activate the cheat file appears that .cfg error when i lunch the game
Update: I Found the Clue!
We need to extract all the cheats files in to cheats folder.
Then activate the enable cheats and it works ok

Delete the mame.ini on ini folder then extract all cheats into cheat folder then activate the cheats again! 
It works for me.

Thanks for the help that didn't work for me I will just play the games without cheating.

Then go to mame.ini file on ini folder edit and rename that error to "cheat" name.
Must work.
