In my opinion, yes, not real. Not sure what that is, but a game from 1981 would not have over 10 megabytes of data on a PCB. Peppering random names and words into files doesn't make it a game.

Easy enough to at least debunk Steve Roach's story... I checked Department of Information Technology Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic for the company name Sinneschlossen and Sinnesloschen (Steve changed how he spelled it from one post to the next). Never existed.
So Steve Roach's story is contradicted by the public record. I see no reason to pursue vailidating his other details.
