How to audit roms, (not datfiles)

I need to audit my roms for MAME 141.For some years I've been using the dats by Logiqx to audit them roms with CLRMAME PRO. Now, it's many months without an update, so I presume the website is dead. I've heard you can use MAME itself to create a datfile. Is this right? Thanx.

you don't need a datfile. Use Profiler->Create and get the data directly from your mame binary.
