What surprises me is that this version has a date while the ones in MAME (World and Japan) haven't ...

There are versions of Final Fight with and without dates as well. It seems Capcom first started displaying dates on CPS1 games in 1990.

You shouldn't use those unless you combine all 3 boards into 1 file. Using just the A or B board for a reference would be flat wrong, that's why I didn't link to them. BTW as I've mentioned before, the reference pic you have for 18 Wheeler is misleading/inaccurate, that's just an IO board. You should either use a pic of the cart or a pic of the boards inside a cart.
