Yeah, even we witnessed here a case not as outraged as these ones, but a case anyway. Imagine you get your stuff and ticket revised before leaving a big chain store...

Offering customer service sometimes is a real PITA.

That's the saddest part, to me. If you want to behave like a wild animal in public, fine, but don't drag your kids along to watch.

The late great Bill Hicks used to rag on us Brits all the time for using the term 'Hooligans' as in

Which was fair enough - but this lady got charged with 'Criminal Mischief' which is worse really, so right back at you America! (...20 years later)
