AutoStart help

Hey does anyone know how to make WAMP Server start when the PC does like a background service? The only ways I tried was the startup folder and the registry, but I assume since UAC is blocking it (Since it accesses the main drive) that it won't load without authorization.
Without disabling the UAC, is there a way possible to make WAMP startup with, preferably, Windows?

How creating a task in task scheduler. Then you might be able to run it as System. Not sure though.
