Hi all back in the early 80s there was an arcade game in the local pub called something like "space jewel thief". It was a space blaster type game where you had to collect jewels and not get shot down by the thief ship. Has it been emulated or does anyone know the proper name for it, thanks.

How did it move when you'd play? Was it like Galaga (along the bottom), or something more like Gradius or Defender? Or perhaps like Time Pilot '84 (viewed from the top)?

Pessimist: Oh, this can't get any worse!
Optimist: Yes, it can!

I don't know what all pics you've seen, but do any of these ring a bell? (er, on 2nd thought you don't have to answer that if you don't want to ).

...to answer your question; I don't think there is another version. But there are other games made with that driver (qix.c) so they might look similar.
