I've only beat him once EVER, but never since. I can make it to mr sandman and beat him but that's about as far as I can make it.

When you dodge his puch, you MUST immediately press up on the controller to quickly stand upright (so you will be able to dodge his next punch)
and if all else fails... save states 
|
