Sega System 16

Just curious, but is the System 16 really as quiet as M1 makes it sound like? It's on 300% and yet it still sounds quiet.
BTw, there's a timing issue. If you listen to goldnaxe song #199 more than 2 or 3 times, the two harmonized notes go out of sync.
