Way to go Fisher Price

My wife ordered a doll house and some extras for it for our oldest daughter from Fisher Price's website and we found when it arrived that they had given us a duplicate set. The invoice showed it was charged to us as well.
My wife contacted them to tell them about the mix up. They refunded the charge and asked us to donate the duplicate item to a child or charity instead of returning it.
That's great customer service.

That is brilliant indeed. All things being equal, it probably would have cost them about the same to process a pickup and return as it would to abandon the merchandise, but this handling of it shows the much, much better policy. Props.
