Looks good, decent arch... but your finish needs work. Check out this example. Try to finish face into the rack like this. The judges like to see dental sacrifice in the finish.

Looks like you have tight hamstrings and roll your shoulders a tiny bit forward when the bar's on the ground. That'll put a little extra pressure on your lower back i think, but it's so minor i doubt you'll ever notice. Especially since you're at 245 and it's not bothering you! Who am I to talk though; I'm stuck at deadlifting 185 - 10 pounds over my bodyweight .
What really concerns me is your haunted ceiling fan that rotates a quarter revolution at 1:00 in your video. You really should get that checked. I think it was trying to get a better view of you in your skivvies or something...

Did you do a bottom burp at 1:09? Sounded like it to me!

Tight as in, flexibility, not as in 'engaged for the exercise.'
I only said it 'cuz i've got tight hammys and have a hard time getting my shoulders back on a deadlift. Stretching everyday has improved them, but i still can't stick my ass out far enough to get italie off and/or keep my head and shoulders 100% back while deadlifting off the floor. Because of this, i never go all the way down. Weak, i know...

I have a Total Gym... Ha-ha. I'm not pushing a TG here (and I doubt you have one anyway) but if you sit on one like you were doing a (sitting up) bench press... Instead of just pushing your arms out straight in front of you - take the handles forward by your sides/hips and 'press' all the way to your toes keeping your legs straight the whole time. I've done this and I've found I can touch my toes with my fists - knees still straight, even on my tippy-toes (sometimes).
But clean up your area! Don't just kick the dumbbell out of the way, put it up against the wall so that if you fall on your back you're hitting the floor, not an unyielding block of iron. Damn, man...

they're there to keep the bar from rolling. if i spend time fucking with the little dumbells, the bar rolls.
and i would not have prevented the bar from rolling.
