She didn't seem too pleased with the work, but passed me none the less. Might have been the juice box bribe.

The minute you get just ONE wall standing, mother nature will send you severe thunderstorms in late November. It's pretty much a certainty.

hey, are you sure you're allowed to erect a structure that close to the fence [and assumed property line] ?
usually you need a 36" gap or a signed variance from your neighbors. just don't wanna see you get screwed after all the hard work...

I'm grandfathered into a 3' gap. I'm 3'3" on the left side, and own 10ft beyond the fence in back. 
Thanks for the thought though.
