Resolving your IP host name?

My dynamic IP resolves to something like xx.xx.xx.xx.dynamic.jazztel.es but although I'm sure of the xx.xx part I'm not so sure of the remaining name. I don't remember how to do it under XP, I've tried "ipconfig /all" and a few other things but nothing. Gimme some clue!

You can also use the nslookup tool. It is in then system32 directory.
Start it up and type in your external ip. The name server will then tell you the full name. If you have the full name and want to find out the ip use ping.
